all medical procedures are performed exclusively by authorized healthcare institutions and physicians.
Service Categories
1. Preliminary Information and Consultancy
We listen to our guests’ requests and provide general information about the health tourism process. We guide them on which medical specialties they can receive services in and present available partnered institution options.
2. Communication with Partner Institutions and Appointment Planning
Based on the institution and physician alternatives selected together with our guests, we initiate communication with the relevant healthcare providers and assist in the appointment planning process.
3. Travel and Accommodation Organization
We support the organization of flights, airport transfers, and accommodation options, planning the travel aspect of the entire process.
4. Translation and Guidance Support (Upon Request)
If needed, we help arrange interpreter and guidance services to ensure effective communication between our guests and healthcare institutions.
5. Process Monitoring and Post-Return Communication
We remain in contact with our guests throughout their health tourism journey and provide support with any organizational needs.
Post-treatment follow-up and medical control processes are conducted solely by the relevant physician and healthcare institution; our role is to facilitate communication when needed.
